Training Approach
MLS Consulting designs and delivers learning experiences that leverage individuals insights within the context of the content being shared. Marcy facilitates powerful and dynamic events that actively connect participants with the material and one another. With a commitment towards practical and relevant learning, Marcy creates an environment that fosters participation, active reflection, and integration.

Sample Training Engagements
MLS Consulting works with a wide range of clients, from multi-national corporations to higher education institutions to nonprofit organizations. Training workshops, team or leadership retreats, and learning series or webinars are all designed with client outcomes and learning objectives at the forefront.
Team Development
Marcy works with intact teams so they enhance their relationships, ability to work together, and capacity for higher levels of performance. One type of client engagement has included utilizing a self-assessment or 360 to explore leadership strengths, communication challenges and solution strategies, and individual and team development.
Leadership Team Retreat
Marcy often designs and facilitates day-long leadership retreats or off-sites focused on integrating results of assessments or data with job challenges and opportunities, individual and team goal-setting, team visioning and goal setting, and/or problem-solving.
Curriculum Development
Marcy has created curriculum with a client’s learning and development team or retreat planning team that they then implement. She has also partnered with clients to create or co-create the curriculum, and then she facilitates the curriculum or learning experience on her own or, if needed, with a team of facilitators.
